Refund and Cancellation Guidelines

In accordance with our Terms and Conditions, all funds collected from users are stored in dedicated non-interest-bearing bank accounts. These accounts are managed by a third-party service provider appointed by TFG as per Clause 10 of our Terms. Withdrawals from these accounts can be made for (a) users (for withdrawals), (b) TFG (for platform and wild card fees), (c) government (for tax deductions on winnings), and (d) GST obligations.

Please be advised that GST will be deducted from any winnings, and the remaining amount will be reflected in the user’s wallet. The applicable GST rate for the game is 28%, as mandated by the Government of India.

Once a transaction is processed and confirmed, it is final, and no cancellations are allowed. However, in rare situations, TFG may, at its sole discretion, process a refund after deducting relevant cancellation fees and taxes. TFG reserves the right to cancel any contest at its discretion, for any reason, without prior notice. If a contest is canceled, any entry fees paid by users will be refunded to their wallets.

TFG also retains the right to cancel any match(es) at its discretion, with or without providing a reason. In such cases, all fees paid for those matches will be refunded to users within 1-3 business days.
