Resolve your queries about Fantasy Sports and the TFG platform here
Absolutely! You can start a private contest on TFG. Simply go to any match of your choice, tap the '+' symbol at the top-right, and follow the steps in the app.
Yes, Fantasy Cricket is considered a game of skill and is legal in India. However, some states, including Telangana, Assam, Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, Sikkim, and Nagaland, have temporary bans on fantasy sports.
After a match concludes, we need a few moments to calculate each player's fantasy points. So, you may have to wait a few minutes for your earnings to appear.
As the name suggests, Practice Contests are for honing your skills. These are free and help you improve your fantasy cricket abilities, which you can later apply in real cash leagues.
Withdrawing your winnings is easy. Tap the Wallet icon on the app, select ‘Withdraw’, choose where you want the funds transferred, and your payout will be processed promptly, assuming your KYC is complete.
It's possible that your bank is still processing the transfer. If you need further assistance, feel free to message us on Instagram, contact us through the app, or email us at [email protected]
We initiate the withdrawal process immediately. However, it may take anywhere from a few minutes to several hours for the funds to show up in your bank account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
In the event of a tie for the lowest score, the Wild Card will replace the player who was selected first in your team of 6.
After selecting your team of 6, you'll see an option to add a 7th player, called the 'Wild Card'. At the end of the match, if the Wild Card scores higher than the lowest performer in your team, it will replace that player. Also, you’ll receive a digital collectible card of the Wild Card player (if it’s your first time selecting that player). You can view all your collected cards in the 'My Cards' section.
Unlike other platforms, you are free to create your team however you like. There are no restrictions, so success on TFG relies entirely on your expertise and strategic decisions.
